Qualifications

My qualifications were gained from various colleges across the country. I have a Level 3 in bathroom fitting involving plumbing, plastering and tiling. A second Level 3 in property maintenance comprising of carpentry, kitchen fitting and brick laying. A third Level 3 in domestic electrical installation. A City and Guilds in Electrical Testing and Inspection.

I also hold a BSc(hons) in Building Surveying which can be useful when working out the best way to tackle more intricate projects.

A contractor will charge a day rate for their specific trade, but may be finished early for that specific task and therefore leave the property. In that situation I will simply stay and get on with the next job because I can. Additionally, I am not VAT registered which automatically makes me 20% less expensive than contractors who are VAT registered.

4. Quality of the finished article.
Everyone knows someone that has had to make a compromise due to a contractor blaming the work of a previous workman. As I complete all areas of a project, this can never happen.

We will get back to you quickly and we've been told in the past that makes me an enigma. Additionally, all correspondence is done via email so that all parties are digitally protected, which in theory means there should never be any disputes.
